"The tragedy is not that love doesn't last. The tragedy is the love that lasts."
to me this qoute means that its harder to stay in love or to love someone, its easier for a feeling to end rather to last. this qoute shows that you have more pain with holdin on to an old love such as in Bodega Dreams, Bodega still holds feelings for Vera thats why he goes through so much trouble to find her.
